Refundable Items - Change of Mind/ Wrong Size

Products bought from ParadoxTheLabel are eligible for refunds within 14 days of delivery. The product cost will be reimbursed to the bank account used for the purchase.

Return

After a 14-day period, you will have up to 30 days to return a product. You will only be eligible for a store credit.

Faulty Items

Any items that are faulty or you have an issue with, contact ParadoxTheLabel via email within a 14-day period.

Exchanges

Exchanges of products will be unavailable. If you need to exchange products you will have to return the product and reorder.
